Joseph Sullivan is a real numbers person who has a background in computer science and math. As a person who really loves numbers, he challenges himself to find many different ways to put the same deal together to save his clients time and money. He has underwriting and real estate contract writing experience and has even owned his own, highly successful, real estate and mortgage branch.
